General Information
Participation costs:
The participation fees include:
• attendance at the EuCAP 2006 Conference
• conference kit
• abstract book
• the conference proceedings
• coffee breaks on all days
• luncheons over 4 days (except students, separate luncheon package available for students)
Social Programme Costs:
The Conference Gala Dinner and the Conference Soiree-Cabaret have not been charged at full cost, thanks to the partial sponsorship of these events. Please see below.
Partial Attendance:
It will not be possible to make a partial registration to attend only a part of the conference, without exception.
Deadlines:
To qualify for the Early Registration fees, you must register by 15 September 2006, and complete payment of your fees by 25 September 2006. Early registrations which still have an open balance after 25 September 2006 will be charged the Late Registration fees.
Terms, Conditions & Restrictions
*Members All those who are valid members of IEEE, IEE, SEE, ITG-VDE. You will be required to provide your membership number.
**Fees: Please note that the fees charged do not accurately represent the costs of the EuCAP 2006 social events. The events are partially sponsored allowing the organising committee to offer you the opportunity to attend at a lower cost.
***Students: Students will be required to provide proof that they are students, and receive a validation of the registration by a professor. There will be a limited number of student places available.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of your participation in any of the events linked to EuCAP 2006 must be made in writing by 15 October 2006. Valid cancellations will receive a refund of their registration fee minus a 10% administration fee. All refunds will be made after the conference.
Cancellations made after the 15th of October will not receive a refund.
Receipts:
Receipts will be distributed at the conference for all those who have settled their balances.
Insurance:
The conference organisation / management and all associated entities cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for the loss of and/or damage to personal belongings of the participants, either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your personal insurance.
